Scouts of Maldives in Independence Day Walk 2009

Scouts of Maldives particpated in the Independence Day Walk to celebrate the 45th Independence day of Maldives. Around 300 Scouts from different schools in Male' participated in the walk, including leaders and council members. The girl guide association of Maldives even particpated in the celebration walk. Independence day celebration in Maldives take place on a large scale. The main highlights include the parade from National defence force and the celebration walk participated by different private sectors and government bodies.
